Amber Lintz Fortier

I have lived in Sacramento/Placer County since I was 5 years old making me very knowledgeable about the region and what it has to offer its residents. I believe in being honest with my clients and educating them about the home buying and selling process so that they can make a decision based on what it best for them at the time, even if that means waiting to take that very important step. Embarking on the journey to home ownership is probably one of the biggest financial decisions that you will make and I enjoy being the person that guides you through that journey and helps you reach your destination. Helping people to find a place that they are proud to call home is the most rewarding aspect of my job and why I love being a Realtor. 

Real Estate is a team effort and I have put together an amazing team of hard working professionals that hold the same values and ethics that I do. From getting you approved for a loan to closing escrow, the people I have hand selected to work side by side with will be there for you every step of the way. 

When I am not showing homes and getting offers accepted, you can find me attending concerts, cooking, weight lifting, watching sports, playing with my dogs, or snowboarding! I also love to give back to the community and help others when and where I can. I currently volunteer with the Children’s Tumor Foundation in honor of a young girl named Ava where I help to raise money for research and spread awareness of Neurofibromatosis (NF). I also enjoy supporting local pet rescues.
